When Does a UAP Sighting Become Strong Evidence?

The Limits of Single-Sensor Reports
One of Kirkpatrick’s most consistent themes is that single-sensor observations are inherently vulnerable to misinterpretation.
A radar return alone can be affected by tracking errors, atmospheric effects, software filtering, or incomplete information. An infrared video may reveal a heat signature but not distance.
